My Rating of “I Am Pilgrim” by Terry Hayes: 10 / 10

This past twelve months has seen my intake of fiction rise dramatically. Of all the fiction I have read so far this book sits right at the top. Wow…. what a plot, story, set of characters and finish! Absolutely loved it.

The book is broken down into three parts and does take a little while to get going. Therefore if you’re thinking of putting it down early up please try and keep going until at least the completion of part one.

Surprisingly, this is the first book from Terry Hayes. His knack in writing a high calibre novel such as this is quite remarkable. With that said there were a few negative reviews when I did a bit of research. It shows that you cannot keep everyone happy!

If you’re up for something different, interesting, intriguing that continues to build until the final chapter then pick up I Am Pilgrim! I’m personally looking forward to the next book in the series (if Hayes decides to write one) and of course a movie adaptation! Both I believe are significant possibility!
